Every case follows the same structured approach. Questions and process are explained before anything begins, and consent is required from everyone involved. Clients are given a clear account of what an examination or investigation actually involves — not just a result at the end of it.

Proax Polygraph Services is led by an examiner with a background in police management and crime intelligence — a National Diploma in Police Management and former service as a SAPS Crime Intelligence Captain — who has since trained in forensic polygraph examination through the Academy for Scientific Investigative Training, with certification in Forensic Psychophysiology — training accredited by the American Polygraph Association and the International Society of Polygraph Examiners.
