How this website handles your information.

This policy covers the website at proaxpoly.co.za — what happens to information you submit through it. It does not cover the separate consent and confidentiality terms that apply once you engage Proax Polygraph (Pty) Ltd for a polygraph examination, forensic investigation, or background screening — those are agreed with you directly, as described on the How It Works page.

Information we collect

If you use the enquiry form on the Contact page, we receive whatever you enter: your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your company or organisation, phone number, the service you're enquiring about, your preferred contact method, and any brief message. Company/organisation, phone, and message are optional; you decide how much to share.

If you contact us directly by phone or email instead, we receive whatever information that conversation or message involves.

Simply browsing this website does not submit any personal information to us — see "Cookies and analytics" below.

How we use it

Information submitted through the enquiry form is used for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and discuss the service you've asked about. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently set non-essential cookies, and does not currently run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts of any kind. If that changes in future, this policy will be updated first, and a cookie notice will be added if required.

Sensitive information

Please don't use the enquiry form to share detailed case information, identity numbers, medical information, financial details, or other highly sensitive material. The form is for an initial enquiry only — sensitive details are better discussed directly, once we're in touch, under the confidentiality terms that apply to the service itself.

Who else sees it

The enquiry form is delivered using Formspree, a third-party form-delivery service. When you submit the form, the information you've entered passes through Formspree on its way to Proax's email inbox — Formspree does not publish or sell this information, and Proax does not use Formspree for anything beyond delivering enquiries. Beyond that, where the website relies on hosting infrastructure to operate, that provider necessarily handles the underlying technical data as part of delivering the site to you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and address the matter you've raised.

Your rights

Proax aims to handle personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below.
